It appears you are using an old version of TPump. Prior to R1.8 of TPump (TTU7.1), a "pseudo-random number" was appended to the date/time to generate the default &SYSJOBNAME and if you started many jobs within a very short time you would occasionally see collisions. That's the _18_ in your example. From R1.8, the (low-order portion of the) LSN is used instead - which should never wrap within 1 second.
