The reason for the 'Full Accuracy' option is that all numeric values are stored in IEEE floating point format. (Same as in Microsoft Excel)
This supports only 15 digits so anything more than 15 requires that the data be stored as character strings ... and that imposes limits on
functionality, so we don't want to do it unless you really need it.
