You have defined the srfb with UPI whereas srfa is NUPI. UPI is almost like primary key and therefore inserting duplicate would result in an error.

For srfa, there is no such restraint.However, even srfa it will not load duplicate rows because set tables have an implicit PK on all the columns(it just doesn't shout errors).

BTW, multiset table with UPI doesn't sound impressive.There have been some fantastic discussions in the forum on the set vs multset topic.Please search arhives..It will give you valuable insight.
