Subj:   Re: Slow refreshing of output in queryman

From:   Bill Grenwelge

Check to make sure those pc's that are having problems don't have ODBC trace turned on by accident. I have seen where people have that on and it drastically affects the speed at which data is returned to queryman.

Michael's comments are also valid, if they have a lot of other apps running that are using up a lot of memory or resources on the pc that could affect the rate at which queryman can retrieve or at least display the rows retrieved. Just need to look at what they have going on their pc's and maybe stop some of the applications while they are trying to pull data back, or have them export it to a file versus pulling it back to the grid answer set.

Thanks,

BillG
