My guess is not.

If I create this view:

     replace view test as (select rownum as good, 1 / (1 - rownum) as bad
     from dbc."next");

selecting all columns from it gives me a division by zero error.

If I just select column "good" it successfully returns 1 - suggesting the calculation for column "bad" is not performed.
