Unless you are running V2R6.1, you cannot run more than 15 utilities (Multiload, Fastload, FastExport) at a time. What you can do is set your
tenacity and sleep parameters to allow the jobs to wait for an available slot. Default for tenacity is 4 (hours) and the default sleep is 6
(minutes).
Set your sleep parameter for the average length of your load jobs, and set your tenacity to a realistic number for your batch window. Also, if
you vary your sleep by a minute or two for your jobs, you can guarantee that they will not all be sleeping for the same amount of time and you can
keep those utility slots filled.
Another option is to use tpump for your faster loads, as tpump does not use a utility slot.
