Subj:   Re: Compilation problems when try to compile the proceudre

  When I try to compile a procedure it is throwing the following error.   


          > SPL1078:E(L19), User is not authorized to use the DDL/DCL/Dynamic SQL
          > statement.

For this to work make sure that the SP creator is the same as the SP owner.
