This happens probably while processing a very large database object. Most likely you CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT is set at 7200.

Increase this value to something that covers the time to process the large object. You will need to do this on both the master as well as the media server.

Note: Increasing this value will slow down the detection of "hung jobs": NetBackup will wait (in this case) 7200 seconds before it decides that a job is "dead". If you increase this to let's say 5 hours, it might take 5 hours to detect a "dead" job, so don't increase the value more than necessary
