Depending on your settings SQL Assistant will create the history database in either an Access 95/97 format or a 2000/2003 format. Your copy of Access 2002 can read both formats. In SQLA 7.0 (from TTU8.0) we fixed a problem that would occur if you are using multiple history databases (one per data source) and do not already have the history window open when you execute a query. There was also a fix for a history problem in 7.1.0.1 (a patch to the version released in TTU8.1) but that sounds different to your problem. (It requires the query to contain over 700 statements.) The later versions also use different versions of the Microsoft support files so that might also fix your problem. If none of these sound like your problem could you please send me the history database, and maybe the query that you were executing when it gave the error. (Based on the message the query probably does not matter.) Mike Dempsey
