I'm not exactly sure what you are up to, but a windows batch file like this may help you.

I called this tdmgr.cmd and it sits on my desktop.

When I double click, it fires up TD manager three times, with the appropriate profile and pw. The ID is stored in the profile. (Profiles should be stored in your \My Documents\NCR\Teradata Manager\profiles\ folder. The -p (if I remember correctly) supplies the password to the ID stored in the profile.

     start tdclient -d edwdc1 -p xx
     start tdclient -d edwpc1 -p xx
     start tdclient -d edwtc1 -p xx

So, this brings up three copies of TD manager, each pointing to the appropriate TD Manager Server, and the correct system.
