Recent versions of FastExport do not require this module any longer. Quote from the manual:
"Large File Access Module is no longer available because the Data Connector API supports file sizes greater than 2 GB on Windows, HP-UX, AIX,
and Solaris SPARC platforms."
If you indeed plan to use an old version of Teradata Utilities on HP-UX (older than, say, 5 years) you might need to contact your NCR rep and
check whether the access module is available for your combination of the OS release and Utilities.
