How about some thing like this:

     SELECT
     C1
     ,C2
     ,C3
     FROM TABLEA
     MINUS
     SELECT
     C1
     ,C2
     ,C3
     FROM TABLEB
     ;

I am assuming there is no Null on your fields... If there are, you can use COALESCE to handle them.
