Hi ,

One solution we have implemented is --maintain a user master table that stores username & password in cognos metadata database i.e username & passwords exists in 2 places namely cognos metada & TD metadata. Wheneve a user changes his password through reportnet, using odbc connections, connect to the teradata database and modify the user (MODIFY USER username AS PASSWORD=newpassword) to reflect the new password.
