User DBC's AccountName can't be changed (because doing so would require DROP USER rights on DBC). The others can, but...
Note that the account prefix interacts with Priority Scheduler. Consider explicitly specifying the default ($M$) performance group where
appropriate. It's probably a bad idea to change the performance group for these IDs or move them out of the Default resource partition.
You mentioned ASE. Remember that account string variables are not always expanded (depends on session type or protocol), so the effect of
changing the accountnames may not be exactly what you expect for some of these IDs.
