You can only use Monitor SQL from within a monitor application. Either write a CLI application using the information in the Performance
Monitor API Reference manual or use the Monitor Object (a COM object) that is supplied with Teradata Manager. (Look in the \Samples sub-directory
for documentation and samples applications written in Visual Basic, Excel and MFC.)
