Aananth, try to establish the priorities of themselves and/or the departments they work in.
Advanced SQL should not only be about "MORE" - it should include how to do "BETTER".
Emphasise the differentiators of the Teradata system and explain the "explain" so that your audience can see the difference in processing the
same business enquiry written in different ways - so that they may write queries that run faster, cost less and have a lower impact on their
colleagues. I am thinking particularly of "JOINS " compared to "WHERE" and "IN".
Under the "MORE" cover date operations and sub-queries.
