A couple of questions on RI.
How do I identify both tables bound by RI constraints?
Also, can anyone share any findings when using the 'soft-RI' feature? When does the optimiser decide not to join? Is it when PI selection is
used? I'm seeing explains where a join is taking place even when columns from only one table are referenced.
