Subj:		Find all partitions in a table

Hello All,

New to TD!

If we have a PPI table, select partition,cols... from ppi_table gives only partition numbers for those partitions which have data. How do we find out the total number of partitions in a table (apart from using a SHOW table!) Correct me if my understanding is wrong!
