Teradata supports Star schemas, 3rd normal, and probably anything else you can developed that is table based. I think this is what Lava is after. The answer is yes. A schema as a "named collection of tables, functions, data types, views, etc." is not supported in Teradata like it is in Oracle, PostgreSQL, or others. A "schema" in Teradata would be a database.
