we pass userids from sql query into global gateway util and kill sessions every night around 10 or so to get rid of users who are in the way of batch processing. you might be able to do something similar if you can easily identify these rogues with sql query.

DESCRIPTION

xgtwglobal is used to monitor and control network attached sessions connected to the Teradata database. In addition, xgtwglobal can be used to modify and display parameters stored in the gateway gdo. These parameters can be used to enable debugging, enable and disable logons etc.
