I thought Fastload only loaded to empty tables.

W.r.t your context

'...Record 1 thru 7 million - This process is thru and the next time I have started from record 7 million 1 to 15 million - I have got no more space though I have 350 in db.'

What does that mean? You are using fastload to load the remaining records!
