First thing to check is whether there are any jobs at all which have benefited from the upgrade. If you can't find any, then something went
wrong with adding the new nodes. Otherwise, the problem is probably within the job itself. Not knowing any details I don't want to speculate too
much but will only mention that if most of the work the job does is carried out, on a limited number of AMPs (in the worst case only one AMP is
used), additional nodes are not likely to help at all. The problem is typically caused by poor data distribution. If you are not familiar with
this topic, it might be worth spending some time in the manuals. It is an essential read in Teradata. This forum's archives would be another good
source as the topic is very popular.
