If this is the same as CLI0220, then the manual has the following to say:

"CLI0220 ANSI Date Form option is not supported by the Teradata serve

Explanation: The ANSI Date Form option was specified but it is not supported by the requested Teradata server.

Notes: None.

Remedy: Either do not specify ANSI Date Form specify a Teradata server that supports its use."
