Hi all,

Recently we're running querys against an old system consisting of four processors as described below :

     processor 0: online
cpu Pentium III, 698 MHz, fpu P_87
     processor 1: online
cpu Pentium III, 698 MHz, fpu P_87
     processor 2: online
cpu Pentium III, 698 MHz, fpu P_87
     processor 3: online
cpu Pentium III, 698 MHz, fpu P_87

and in the past days, the hard disks of the controller were changed to increment the total system space.

Then we did a restore of DBC and TD started to display the error ODBC HYT00 when we ran a complex query, and other clients wanted to stablish a connection to TD using WINDDI or SQL ASSIsTANT.

Also the performance decreased even when the hard disks are faster than the past disks.

Does it have to do the number of amps in the performance?

The new configuration consists of 5 amps.

How can i calculate the correct number of amps to configure on this system taking in account the processors specification described above?

We're running on

     TD VERSION 05.01.00.07
     RELEASE V2R.05.01.00.06

Thaks in advance
