Hello All,

I have a requirement where I always need to keep only 12 months of data in tables. I have a DateID Column in YYYYMMDD format in those tables.

Is there an efficienct way or Best Practice way to do this?

Note: DateID is not PI column and also I need to archive data to a flat file before purging.
