One thing I didn't see mentioned that I want to put out there for any new users of TPUMP.

The way TPUMP handles errors results in very poor throughout for large packsizes. So I would just add that the bigger the pack the better, assuming very clean data. If you have dirty data and many rows dumped to error tables, then a smaller packsize will improve performance.
