Bill, I seem to remember that you are still on R3. Is that right?
I think at the time when R3 was the current release not many sites tried TPUMP (too advanced or expensive or whatever?). Now, people do use it
but on higher releases, so there might be just a few individuals out there with practical experience with both R3 and TPUMP. Perhaps only they can
tell whether the level of performance you achieve is acceptable (hardware progress in the meantime has to be taken into account as well). Let's
hope they will take a look at the thread.
My personal experience with TPUMP is very limited so I cannot be of any immediate help on it apart from just co-thinking.
