A-Team,

I see that some of our fast-exports seem to get stuck for extended periods of time in the vertical or horizontal data distribution phases. Unfortunately I don't find much information about these phases (other than the fact that they exist) in the manuals.

But what I'm really looking for is:

What is happening in those phases (academic interest)

How do I make them run better (actionable information)

Does anybody have this information or can point me to a white / orange / paper / manual / or anything?
