If table does not exists, Is Copy process really create a table with CURRENTSTAMP and update data dictionary on Target system? As per my investigation, NO 1. Copy job will not create a table with CURRENT TIMESTAMP on target system; however, if table does not exists, the job will copy DDL with table header info. from the archived file (source system) and then transfer the data. That's why the createtimestamp of the archived table is same on both taget system and the source system where the table has been archived. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks Venkat
