I think cnsterm is documented (indirectly) under the 'Database Window' (xdbw)
The cnsterm command lets you directly access one of the windows that usually runs as part of xdbw. Since the main product is xdbw (not cnsterm)
that is usually how you get access to it.
The database window is documented in its own manual under 'Utilities'. (cnstern is possibly the only utility that is not directly referenced
in the 'Utilities' set of manuals.)
