Does a SQL consume the same amount of CPU/IO resource when executed repeatedly? I experimented executing the same SQL and measured the CPU and
IO costs from Ampusage table and it gives me different results although Table data didn't change. Is there any other feature than caching and
synchronized scanning that can give me different values every time I run the same query?
