REPLCONTROL is correct.

This is a system level access right.

I'm not sure where ARGLPAREN, UDTCASTAS and UDTCASTLPAREN come from though... I certainly don't recognise them from the newly added SQL grammer.

Although the following may be documanted they will not actually be used until 6.1 (and although they will be keywords I'm not sure if they are all reserved - it's not always the same thing even though I would recommend that you avoid using keywords even when they are not reserved):

     ATTRIBUTE
     AUTHORIZATION
     CONSTRUCTOR
     DEFINER
     INVOKER
     INSTANCE
     INSTANTIABLE
     METHOD
     ORDERING
     TRANSFORM
     UDTMETHOD
     UDTTYPE
     UDTUSAGE
