I Don't think you can use Fastload for csv files on a channel attached system. Not sure about Network attached.

You can however use Multiload just as long as there is only one record type. You could also use TPUMP if the number of records is less than 10000 say, this saves on using up a utility slot. This may only be important if you have lots of utilities running.
