Hi:

I am currently trying looking at some administrative tools for any performance enhancement or other things that might help the system.

I have come across this vpacd utiltiy which I have not used so far. Before I go ahead, I wanted a small understanding of the tool (ya I know we have the documentation), but some thing in plain English with a bit more example.

1. In which scenario do we normally use this utility?

2. What changes do we make and what results are expected?

3. I also see the concept of Contracted PE, what exactly happens and how the load is shared?

Any kind of information would be helpful.
