Thanks for posting the parameters. I notice that although the Current Date Form is ANSIDate, the Default Date Format looks more like the
default for the IntegerDate mode: YY/MM/DD. With the ANSIDate mode I would rather expect 'YYYY-MM-DD'.
I think this short ('YY') format is used by the DATE variables in the stored procedure, and it causes problems when 'YYYY' values are
being assigned to the variables. I would expect to see the same bahaviour on the Unix system as well if the date settings there are exactly
identical. Anyway, I would look into the Default Date Format and change it to 'YYYY-MM-DD', if appropriate on your system.
