In all seriousness, can you please elaborate? Is the thinking along the lines of not letting un-authorized users see data they shouldn't? If so, wouldn't the access rights of the user CALLing the proc take care of that?

From the directness of your answer, I get the sense I might be missing something obvious, if this is the case, please enlighten me!
