I think this is also an error

SELECT 'Testname'
FROM   (SELECT col1 as x, COUNT(col1) as y FROM testtable) f;

I was hoping for a 3504 error because there is no GROUP BY clause in the derived table, but the SQL ran fine with errorneous result as in the previous case .
