Does anyone knows how to track down a problems which cause the system to hang up. What I mean by hang up is no one can logon to the system.
After short period of time system return to the normal operational status, and we did the following analyses:
1. Run error log analyzer from TD Manager
2. Extracted the CPU & IO from DBC.ResUsageSPMA table
3. Extracted the CPU & IO from DBC.AMPUsage view
4. I Check PMon historical information for blocked sessions.
None of the above produced any evidence to point the problem was CPU or IO related. I assumed we are not only the site experiencing similar problem, and would like to hear from others and possible solutions.
