Hai,

Did any one have idea to compile a C file function into teradata?

CREATE  FUNCTION  INSTR(str1 STRING ,str2 STRING ,starting_position
INTEGER ,occurance_number INTEGER)
   RETURNS Integer
   LANGUAGE C
   NO SQL
   RETURNS NULL ON NULL INPUT
   PARAMETER STYLE SQL
   EXTERNAL NAME
'CS#c:C:\Documents and Settings\binoym\Desktop\test.C';
