No, bteq uses the CLI versus ODBC. The problem with Queryman is with the ODBC driver.

You should have the same issues with BTEQ as FastExport since they both use CLI as the underlying Database interface?

With that in mind, I would not know what it is that would make the FastExport stop working in V2R5, have opened an incident with the GSC yet? That might be the best starting point, if you are absolutely certain that the unaltered script works fine in V2R4.x
