Basically the same thing. It could be a spool table or a permanent table. Logically speaking, 1 or more AMPs are processing most of the data while other AMPs are processing very little data. I guess that theoretically, if the subset of AMPs that are processing the data are on separate nodes (physical systems), it wouldn't really be skewed, but that is pure conjecture on my part.
