Dave, you're right....(explain shows the estimate of 7 rows)
Clay, I've been thinking about your redistribution problem....if you're showing only 1 unique value, that means that every row has at
least 1 null in 1 of the three PI columns. I believe the optimizer can never join on the PI of your table if it doesn't have a value for one
of the columns (null <> null)...it's probably redistributing so it has something to join on.
