I have only been able to create the "Higa Ratio" using AMPUsage.

However should one apply themselves to the task, I recommend the following thoughts:

1. Calibrate CPU seconds using AMPUsage and ResUsage

2. Calculate CPU seconds for the data collection interval in ResUsage (usually 10 minutes)

3. Use CPU Busy% to estimate the number of CPU seconds consumed.

4. Use the statistics you mentioned, study over time
