You need to use QULAIFY to get the rows you want , you can see the SQL below

..Hope this helps

SEL
        CSUM(1,COL1) AS ROWNUM,
        COL2,
        COL3
FROM MYTABLE
QUALIFY ROWNUM >= 5;
