Teradata Warehouse Builder does just that. You can define multiple read operators pumping disparate data into a single load operator.

There are also several ETL tools are the market that do this.

Conversely you could use an INMOD program to read the various sources of data and reformat all the data to a common format passing it to Fastload. Although this still might not have the parallelism you may want.
