We have a table with 27 million records and winddi is showing a skew factor of 4. How do we reduce the skew factor. We have just a primary index 8 columns out of 27.

Here is the statistics on the table

Date      Time      Unique Values   Column Names
03/08/28  09:47:08     14,825,250   SYS_ID,TRANS_DT,USER_ID,EMP_ID,CUSTOMER_ID,CUSTOMER_SEQ_ID,PHONE

Any help is greatly appreciated.
