I think patches can be accessed through 'My Support Link' ( www.my.ncr.com ) but I cant verify that since I do not have a userid for that system. If they are not available through 'My Support Link' you would have to ask your SSR to download the file from the patch server. (They will have access to the internal site that we use here.)
