Does anyone have an stored procedure that loops (no cursor needed).

Example:

Loop
s1. a SQL bulk delete
s2. a bulk ins/sel
s3. a bulk Update
end-loop

check after s3 if more than 0 rows updated, goback to 1.

when 3 activity goes to 0 exit the SP.
