Hi all

I am attempting to use the SAMPLE function to generate sample data-sets for a neural network analysis

As a simple test I use

select tran_date, tran_id, barcode, SAMPLEID from detail_food_tbl SAMPLE 0.6, 0.25, 0.15;

Unfortunately it fails with

Code = 2618. 2618: Invalid calculation: division by zero. Output directed to Answer set window

Anybody know of any issues with this type of query. I have had no luck with the NCR Knowledge Base. We are running RELEASE V2R.05.00.00.00

On Windows 2000.
