Are you trying to get the Create User DDL for documentation purposes, or are you just wanting to look at/modify it?

If you want to document it then the script provided by Chris is about as good as you will get. (Note that it will only show the default account string even if you have multiple accounts defined. The other accounts are stored in a different table.)

If you want to look at/modify it I would suggest you use Teradata Administrator which contains a dialog specifically to do this - including display of multiple accounts.

(You can also use screen prints to document the definition instead of the above script.)
